Confused - Chose TC or Profile

I have two offers both in Denver
Visa
140k base + 10% bonus , can go upto 20%
175k/3years RSU's
10k joining
TC 212k without joining bonus
Twilio
140k base
144k/4 years stocks
No joining nothing else
TC 165k
I really like the role at Twilio and I know Twilio is an amazing place to learn and grow, but Visa on the other hand is offering 50k more
Twilio said this is the highest they can go and not ready to match Visa's TC
Both are security engineer role, one is incident response related one is endpoint related

In case of a downturn like happening right now, Visa has enough money to not have to fire full time employees.
Twilio, well who knows how long they would be around.
Twilio has a ton of cash in hand.. and Twilio does more B2B business than B2C so no way a pandamic is going to put us out of Business
If anything business may grow with the increase in usage of remote comms
Remember that startup kind of company budget is always short sighted and it is shaky in economy like this.
