Negotiation after FB uplevel?

I’m still speechless but I got verbal confirmation that I got upleveled to E5 for FB.

I have some offers for E4, but I don’t think they can match a E5 package. Still waiting for numbers. Any tips?

Yoe: 3, bachelors degree
