Growth - Moneywise you won’t get a hike or promotion in the next five years or ever. You are a product - there is no incentive to give extra money - worst case you quit, they hire someone else
Stability - If you are billed, you will not get fired so quite stable. Finding a project is not very difficult
Switching - Nobody in the US cares that you worked for Infosys - in any case you work for the client and Infosys is just a mediator in many cases. Microsoft has more than 1k alumni from Infosys and so has Amazon. Apple has more than a few hundred so cannot matter
Company culture sucks but it’s ok if you know what to expect
