I have close to 1.5 year of experience (1.5 YOE - 1 year and 4-5 months) from a well known company
Here are the final numbers (both in seattle)
1.5 YOE full time experience
Microsoft (L60 - late sde 1)
- Salary: $132K/year
- Stock: $150k/4 years
- 10% target bonus
- Bonus: 45k signon
Total w/o refresher: $235k first year, $184k recurring
5-15K refreshers over 4 years
Google (L3 - sde 1)
- Salary: $144k
- Stock: $100k
- 15% yearly target bonus
- Bonus: $20k signon + $8.4k relocation
Total w/o refresher: $220k, $187k recurring
50K refreshers over 4 years
L60 Microsoft is given to people around 1-1.5 year mark
Google L3 is given anywhere from 0-2+ year mark depending on L4 downlevel

Also drop the “Im so competent” attitude. Smells like big fish in a small pond syndrome. Also nobody cares how competent you are. It’s all about yoe and leetcode, and later down the line throw in behavioral/system design interviews.
