Rejected by Palantir, got an offer from Google and Uber. Reason: pretty sure they realized my values dont align with Peter thiels because im sure I did well during the technical portion of the interview and their feedback was positive lol

Yes. Don't let corporate rejections screw up your self image. There is a lot of randomness, subjectivity and luck that goes into hiring decisions.

Someone got laid off from Yahoo!, failed FB interview and started their own. Few years later, FB acquired that company and they got to join the BoD, instead of an engineer they would have been if they got the job when they interviewed.
