I know both the companies are not highly "reputed" in the Blind community, but I currently have SWE offer from only the two of them.
TC at Microsoft is higher, and is more well established and diversified.
Cost of living at Madison is considerably lower than Seattle, which more than compensates for the lower TC.
Which other factors should I look at while deciding between the two? Is one of them an obvious choice?

MS has some of the best people I have ever come across. I negotiate multi million dollar deals and MS is the best in almost all respect.

2 : do you know what a new grad should expect offer wise for Software Engineering?
3 : what’s the on site interview like, got past the assessment, someone said on site is more formality and to sell me on them, is that accurate?
So, do you take a subpar company in a decent city or a great company in a crappy city?
