I signed my offer recently (yay!), will be working in LinkedIn SF so I wanna stay in town, want to live in a studio alone, but I have no clue what good rent is.
Decent places seem to be $2800-$3200 (East Cut / Rincon) and $2300-2799 (Soma / Civic Center / Tenderloin) looks a bit sketchy...
Is it advisable to splurge $2800+ on a rent?
Curious where do y'all live?
TC: 186k (updated: minus signing bonus)
YOE: new grad!
