The two interviews were night and day due to what I believe was a stark difference in YOE. The more senior person led Sense and it felt great/natural. Execution felt awkward and too by the script. Would not be surprised if I bombed or barely scraped by Execution just by the awkward feeling of the interview.
Unfortunately all the prep in the world couldn't have prepared me for that Execution question. It's no secret which kinds of questions FB asks, and you should be prepared for those. However you may get unlucky like I did and encounter something out of left field, so prepare for the unknown as well.
Without giving it away, he/she asked a quasi strategy question that was relevant to the dept he/she worked in. Was very little like the kind of Execution questions they try to prepare you for. Thought that was a little unfair, and it threw me off to the point I couldn't recover like I wanted to and should have.
Overall, I feel good but I wish it didn't take a week for feedback! If I make it to the next round, I really want to work on my answers incorporating the team members I'd be relying on.
