Am I overqualified for Apple Operations Academy?

I have 5 YOE in a non-tech industry hardware TPM role and I just started applying for new jobs. I got a call back for the Apple Operation Academy Technical Rotation program. Am I overqualified for this role? As I apply to more roles I’m getting call backs for better roles with other employers, but I’m tempted to consider this as a foot in the door into Apple.
