Why is it pretty much all white men harassing?

In my 8+ years in the tech industry it has been almost all white men who have harassed me. The POC men have been respectful of my boundaries and choices. The recent Hollywood revelation scandals have been white men as well. Why? #metoo

    Maybe go into marketing... my wife has been harassed and verbally abused by at least three women managers.

      @asn, I agree that there is a culture of taking advantage of people, but I hardly think it is limited to white males.

      The last two guys who grabbed my crotch/ass were Latino - one was drunk at a work function and the other was at a supply house where I was buying electrical gear. Have I extrapolated that out to "why is it only Latinos who grab my ass?" That would be stupid.

      Regarding my wife, she's also had an abusive Indian boss.

      The entire metoo movement misses the mark that it is about power and not gender.
