Why is Modi spewing so much hate on Muslims to win elections?
It'll be a few years if an IPO happens (minimum 2). The company is profitable but they want to show multiple years of profitable growth before potentially listing. People who've been there a while know that the lawsuit is dumb. Some shady stuff happened, sure. But the company was way worse off with Cyrus. He just sees it making money and wants back in
Thanks for the response. That's what I thought about the lawsuit as well, it's a sign that the company is doing well. Do you feel like company has the right folks in the right places to build on the momentum, take share away from market leaders like teladoc and go public in a couple years?
Time will tell. I feel like the company has good folks. Whether they're in the right position to push what they want through is a bigger story. There are some people at or near the top who constantly make terrible decisions but in general, it constantly feels like Zocdoc is playing catch-up. The telehealth offering is pretty weak and still doesn't get the attention it probably deserves. They aren't going to take much market share away since they keep wanting to compete in a different space, which is to "grow bookings", physical and virtual. That's hard to do with these virtual players since even how it's offered is completely different. Many of the "new things" that are looking to be worked on next year are the same songs they've been singing for 3-4 years. Who knows what'll happen. I think they'll IPO in 2-3 years for sure, but they're writing a story for a strong initial offering but I think it'll faceplant after that
