For the same role at the same company, what is the usual percent TC difference between the US and Canada?
I'm looking for after exchange rate. So would prefer that the CAD TC's be converted to USD.
Would appreciate any real life examples!

For same role in US is 240k usd.
After tax take home.
Or at 1.25 it’s Iike 32%. Current equity doesn’t change (although refreshers are 10% less). So if you’re comp is 33% cash and 66% equity then you lose: .33*.32 + .66*.1 = 17%. If you’re at 75% cash and 25% equity it’s 27%.
I would make like 15% more in the Bay Area but COL is significantly worse. Would only consider a tax free state if I go to the US.
