How shit Citadel is - Citadel 101

Code quality is shit
1. thousands of lines of code in single method
2. CTO does not knowing what he is doing, only capable of yelling at people to improve the performance
3. you look at Google's engineering code practice, reverse every meaning of it, and thats what you see at Citadel

Some interesting story at Citadel:
1. a guy asked for switching team, manager disapproves(Citadel need you to speak with your manager first to initiate team switch process lol). Two months later, the guy asked again. a week later he is out of the company
2. a guy literally works from 9 - 9 Mon - Mon, and his manager is taking a great vacation
3. a guy was informed to go to office on 4AM Saturday morning to start working

Managers at Citadel:
1. Does not give a shit about your mental health, life, and career growth; only cares about how much you delivered
2. Manager is your daddy, you have to make him/her happy.

Conclusion:
Do not join Citadel
If you join, be extra careful about the team and manager
PS: do not join PTE, it is a shithole since a new guy came to take charge of it
