I’ve worked at both Seattle and NYC. In NYC you get paid biweekly, but in Seattle it’s monthly.

It’s like Amazon found every little thing that they can be shitty about and have done it, just to worsen the lives of thousands of engineers.
Why is biweekly pay bad? I feel it actually helps in saving more.
