Bought a car recently but not sure how long will I get to stay in the country

I bought a BMW this month but my H1B is maxing out in December. I140 is in process (stage - recruiting) not sure if it will be approved by then.
They might make me move to Canada/India.
Wondering what are my options if I have to leave the country?
Does BMW take it back?

I work in the auto industry. And if your car is good condition - I’m assuming you bought new and never had an accident - you probably MADE money
I wouldn’t be surprised if you sell near or a little over what you paid
