3 YOE, what TC to expect?

Have 3 YOE in product / in total in NYC area, and actively interviewing. What TC figures should I be asking for from small to mid-sized startups (Gemini, Peloton, Thirty Madison, etc.)?

I have only been in my current role post-grad and am a bit new to negotiating TC, stock options, equity, etc. so any pointers would be super appreciated!
