Covid and the recent Engagement survey were kind of like a wake up call and people are working on improvement plans all over the org. Our engagement survey was also quite high. Now well, there is chaos and uncertainty. It's all normal for a company like this.. You cannot accept the structure you might find in companies like Amazon or Microsoft.
During this pandemic the company really took care of its people. Yes, some perks like gym or food were cut, but hey, who would've used them during the lock down anyway? In terms of business there is a lot of potential.
Long story short, think of what you need in your next job - if you want an adventure, with ups and downs, join us. If you need certainty and structure, maybe this is not for you.
Uipath is actually doing really well now, surpassing even the external expectations. 2021 ipo is what i’ve heard too - leadership has bern pretty open about it, but no more specifics.
Sounds like India location but is it in all teams there in general?
The other factor to understand is thay it is a startup so things could have been unorganized.
