pokemon go / niantic

very curious as to what the hell is going on over at niantic who, by all accounts, are not only flush with cash, but who have boards like TSR filled with hardcore fans and whales giving very clear advice on what it would take to make them happy gamers.

is there something going on internally at niantic that prevents developers from fixing the myriad of problems and raising QoL that everyone talks about? doesn’t anyone speak up?
