purely subjective
We're making companies so much more money than what we're given.
Yea when you consider that Aaron Rodgers is getting 30 million to choke on TV or that head of legal at Google got 60 million to creampie his subordinate

You cant have a scale of 7 for best results. Max 5 options would have been better.
If SWEs are overpaid, why no Americans want to do the job?
Is that why compsci is impacted in every university?
Dont want to do the job? or cant do the job?
Collectively we could shake these companies for quite a bit more equity, since it would be equitable. Even with the vast wage growth, it is still hasnt caught up to prior decades until it only takes 5 years to pay off a house on average. So as long as both those things are true: grossly underpaid. This has nothing to do with skillset or amount of work, just math.
I won't say grossly overpaid. That category is for people in showbiz. Athletes as well but well they are best in the world at what they do so it's probably okay.
Of course underpaid
Grossly underpaid. I can barely make the payments on my yacht
Def underpaid. How am I supposed to donate to Australian wildfires AND pay the taxes on my Woodside mansion?
Love the bubble we all live in lol
Top performers are grossly underpaid. Low performers are grossly overpaid. System will adjust overtime. Comp was significantly higher in the 90s and still far from those levels.
