post-interview feedback themes from recruiters real?

Hi, the FB recruiter said that they arent allowed to give specific feedback after an interview but they can give themes. I just got an email and it doesn’t make any sense. It’s literally contrary to what the interviewer told me on the day of. I figured I would get something helpful?

Are these “feedback themes” real or is it something they just send all candidates?
