Received an offer from Redfin for a senior engineer role.
TC: 330K
Base: 200K
Stocks: 90(year 1)
Sign on: 40K
Loc: seattle
Currently interviewing at top tech and have on sites in the next 2-3 weeks.
I'm expecting I'll land an offer close to 400k.
Given Redfin's WLB is this a good offer. How do I negotiate without having other offers in hand yet?
Is it fine if I just have an offer and start negotiating?

    Sounds great. Stock is shit right now anyways so maybe some upside there. I can speak for the culture and WLB. They’re amazing. Tech stack is meh. Monolith but opens up the ability to make real change

    Where are you located? 200k base for senior sounds pretty good. And the stock value is super low right now so your RSU will go far in the future hopefully.

    Culture / people / WLB are excellent.
