How much was the initial offer you got from recruiter? Give breakdown of base + bonus + rsus
Offer is pretty bad for 8 yrs experience. 130 base + 20k shares 4 yrs vesting 10 % bonus.

For 8 years experience they should at least offer you $150k base for product engineer. People with 4 yrs exp are earning $140k base in PE role. Depends also on how much the hiring manager likes you..

What position you interviewing for? T4 or T3?
That hr is reluctant to tell that and she is wasting time in putting less number in offer.
