Two days ago had a call with an affirm recruiter, they mentioned a max base of 140k + remainder being stocks. This seems insanely low, also no mention of negotiations available in terms of base, stock, or sign-on. What's up with this? I understand the whole 90 day avg thing but 140 is pretty balls.
TC 183k (current base is 135 + 35k bonus)
