Just started Google interview process for a Policy Lead role. Been practicing behavioral, scenario and process oriented questions.
I know this is a long shot as there doesn’t seem to be a lot of Policy humans on blind, but any guidance or tips and tricks.
What types of questions should one expect outside of behavioral (aka. Tell me about a time you did x questions)?

Off the top of my head, I’d format the memo problem statement/executive summary, current state, recommendation/future state this includes writing the policy itself (typically quite short), operationalization of the policy, and how I’d expect the policy to be automated and enforced moving forward within the company.
I don’t know if this is helpful, but that is how it typically worked in my role.
