Have a second round interview at pwc for a big data manager position in their advisory group. Im wondering what kind of compensation I should expect. Im based in Chicago.
120-160k depends on yoe
5 yoe. That’s a big range
Just out of curiosity, what’s the bonus like at PWC? What’s the variance range?
Probably 20-30% if it’s anything like big data at acn. (That’s only if you do a hot skills training).
Big data advisory is very highly paid as u deal with senior level managers in customer orgs .. 200k-300k tc is okay and if u r going to the manager of all such advisors... It can be much more..good luck and do keep us posted what finalizes :-)
200-300 sounds too high
Where ms and amazon and google fb etc are easily paying 250-300 k to sde's... Pwc manager for big data advisory services should easily get it ( this is what i feel )
Are you are manager level already at your company?
No but will be promoted soon
Its an old thread. But looking for answers: How much can one expect for Senior Manager at PWC (EPM), Financial Services in Chicago? Base and bonus.

Tech consulting is under a cohort model at PwC and M1 is around 140 and M2 is around 155 for Tier 1 city. Chicago is Tier 2 city so take 5% off those numbers. Source: I am M2 making 155 in Tier 1 city. Bonus is 20-40k depending on rating.
feels a little low when mba base is 150?
