Can anyone who works at Adobe chime in on the TC( would love a breakout) range for a Program Manager (NonTech) 4 in the SF Bay Area?

Ps, I have checked Levels, Glassdoor and a few other comp sites to no avail as they have limited data.

Thanks in advance!

If you’re in California, if you ask the recruiter, they’re supposed to tell you the range of the base salary. Always ask the range at any company and don’t tell them your current salary.
They don’t tell you the RSUs until the offer and they calculate that is based on your experience and market factors, etc. I have no idea of the current RSUs grants for a non technical role. Everyone at Adobe is eligible for a 15% annual bonus. Info regarding other company benefits is public on benefits.Adobe.com. Also Adobe hiring process often takes a long time, so you’re not getting the offer right away.

@Adobe right on !!! They asked me the same question today in email! I interviewed for SDE 4 (I suppose that’s L4 on levels.fyi correct?). I see very few posts on Adobe’s compensation range, so I’m not totally sure about what to expect. Although I’m going to shoot an email with the same question as you suggested, could you give me some hints on what could be the range that I can expect?

@kvx96 I have no idea about SDE roles and salaries because I’m non tech. Also, it seems like Adobe is offering higher salaries to new hires vs existing employees. You should probably create a separate post.
