What would a 3 YOE need to get uplevelled to E5 at meta? I know it's a stretch, but just thinking...

Is it even possible?

I went through the E4 loop recently. The coding and system design could not have gone better. Behavioral was good, but maybe average I guess. I spoke about owning several features end to end, showed that I advocate initiatives on the team and with product, handle disagreements well, and reflect on the past for learnings. There were instances where I thought my answers were okay but nothing impressive. If I had aced the behavioral, could I have been uplevelled?
