Hello,
I can ask my company to relocate me to Bay Area from LA with 10K increase in TC.
My team is based in LA(Santa Monica) but remote at the moment.
So i will be able to live in the Bay and still work remotely for the team in LA.
I am considering this move cuz Bay would be better career-wise(maximize TC and career growth).
Also SF rent got cheaper nowadays.
LA is obviously better in all other aspects.
Would you recommend asking for a relo to Bay? Please comment why for your vote.
