Should I move to Deloitte Digital

I am a Director in Marketing Tech industry for last 7-8 years. I recently got a job offer from #deloittedigital
as a Specialist Leader (equ to Sr Manager). what do you fellow big 4 people say? Is it worth moving to #deloitte now?
