Awesome culture, great wlb. I will clock 42 days off by end of Dec. leadership is very transparent and open in anything they do. Micromanaging is team dependent.
In all of my 11 years here, I had 1 manager who micromanaged. But HR, and rest of the leaders are very open to feedback. They got the same feedback from others and that manager changed his way of working.
