OpenText has awesome WLB. Which team ? The con at OT is that the tech is very legacy and can affect your next move. Also, don’t think there is an SDET role at OT. What is the exact title ? Would suggest IBM if the team is good and WLB is not your concern. Would suggest to make the call based on the actual team/work

WLB is great in IBM if you are in good team in ISL. increments can be peanuts but it instill a good culture, cutting edge technogies, processes..
Pros: 1. Work-life balance is good at opentext. 2. good work is definitely recognised Cons: 1. They use old technologies for all the products 2. Scope of learning is limited 3. Salary compensation is not as per industry standards 4. Not much Perks
