What is the reasonable rent in SF if my monthly net income is $8600 (after tax, 401k and insurance)? No debts.
Been sharing an apartment and paying $1600 for a room for >2 years but now done with it and planning to rent 1BR next month.
It seems that decent 1BRs start at $3000.
