I have to allocate 401k fund in vanguard and they are recommending VIVLX as best. I need recommendation on how to allocate the fund. Should I go with Bond or mix of Bond and Stocks or Domestic Stick Bonds

I remember my stats professor did the math back at college and you’re guaranteed to be a millionaire if you buy like $200 worth a mo for 10 years? Not sure was a long time ago but it has great returns
They are recommending VIVLX mutual fund which is target Ret. 2055 fund.
I compared it apples to apples with VTSAX and they both are same but VTSAX is slightly better than the other considering Earlier one is 21 years old and other one is only 6 years. Last 1 year return is 44.3% and 36.5%. VTSAX is stock heavy and other one is ETF heavy. VIVLX is only 18.7 B market and there is scope to grow fast
