      @Microsoft putting all EU countries in one basket is an extremely flawed logic. No one in Amsterdam/Berlin/Paris will call you a "cultural foreigner" - these are vibrant cities with people from all backgrounds. I'd understand for smaller cities (which is also true for countries outside of EU) but in a major city it's rarely the case.
      Amsterdam beats all the countries on your list except the US. (Even in terms of TC) - and everyone speaks English.
      Also EU visas are more flexible and in most countries you have a clear 5-year path to citizenship.
