I have seen posts claiming that African Americans are discriminated against in Tech and have lower representation.
By that same logic , aren’t Asians discriminated against in NBA ?

You can’t blame ur lack of interest and hence lack of talent on others.
Edit: I didn’t make it to the NBA obviously, but I also looked up to a bunch of people completely unlike me making headlines in this industry and ended up here as well.
Companies hiring minorities helps making future generations better, but trying to make sports more diverse doesn’t quite work the same way
In the NBA, signing a minority without talent isn’t going to make future generations talented in a physical sense. In engineering, that can be the case.
Or maybe they can start to reject black players due to lack of NBAliness.
