    The 2008 bubble was due to predatory lending practices, which are largely reformed. People are buying overpriced houses with cash… This is a whole different story. A gradual correction could happen as people shift around the country and the regional markets self-adjust, but no crash like before.

      This is seller fomo. Sellers are just trying to capitalize the buyers going crazy and make a couple hundred over asking for their shitty houses from 50s 😂
      Still there are way too many buyers willing to pay hundreds of thousands over asking. Market not gonna crash
      This buying season will render the inventory dry for years to come, again causing the prices to go up.
