480k/year without considering refresh
Team: Uber grocery
Stripe: L3
TC: ~500k(including bonus) + 40000 signing bonus for the first year.
Team: internal infra of reliability

Not sure why is this even a poll?
Uber: front loaded, 3-month cliff with monthly vest afterwards. You’re getting real, sellable stock 3 months into job and every month after that. Even if stock goes down, that’s real money in your pocket, even if you decide to leave any time 3-48 months in.
Stripe: no idea if or when they go IPO, no idea what the actual valuation will be if they do go public.
