Companies with most scope for PMs

What companies give the most scope for PMs? I know even within FAANGs there may be team specific differences but looking to understand in general which companies are product led and have good product processes. I have been a PM at Apple and the role is to a large extent doing what the execs decide. Autonomy is fairly non-existent. Looking to understand how it is within FAANGs and other mid-size companies.

    Heard Amazon L6+ PM scope is great even vs. Meta/G L5 scope. Like you actually own the roadmap without the top down.

    My scope would be multiple PM’s and scrums at another organization. I have full autonomy to execute my strategy as long as I’m communicating reasoning and getting buy-in along the way. Probably more common with smaller organizations.
