Hi All, I am trying to prepare myself for an offer from MS for a CSA role. I have passed all the interviews and they want to extend an offer but I want to get a better idea of what the ranges are. I have read through a ton of posts here and it is really hard to gauge what the Cloud Solution Architect (CSA Role) ranges are.
The position I believe is an L64, could be an L65. It may also be an RGE (Regional Guest Employee) role. Not sure if RGE changes the bands/ranges.
I am looking for the: Base, RSU, Bonus, Sign on, etc for these if anyone can help. I have 5-6 YOE in Azure and 20 YOE in Tech.
Also how hard is it to move levels once you are at MS?
Any info is appreciated.

Once you become a partner (partner is a managerial role, so you will have to become Manager from IC first) the only way to move up is to move out.
