Seeking advice for job change

I've nearly 10 yoe in DS and been here at Fox for few years now.
Role: Sr. Data Scientist/Associate Director (I know we've kinda vague structure)
TC: 180k,
Status: Green Card (hopefully citizen by end of 2021).
Been managing a small team here. I want to start looking for a new job, open to different industries, and would appreciate help around these:

1. What kind of roles I should expect, in terms of designation and responsibilities?

2. What TC I should aim for and breakdown in terms of base, bonus and stocks?

I'm in LA and would like to keep this as my base though I'm open to occasional

  • Unrelated (or maybe slightly related) question for OP and others who will read this:

    How does FOX look on resume? Especially if you are applying to left-leaning tech companies?

      At LA offices here, it's pretty cool. If you've mentioned experience with tech around areas we need, you'll get a shot for sure. I can't speak for NY side of things (where News is) but here your political inclinations or any other things other than your experience doesn't matter. I can say this based on my own experience from hiring people across teams as well as interactions with other managers with hiring responsibilities
