I've nearly 10 yoe in DS and been here at Fox for few years now.
Role: Sr. Data Scientist/Associate Director (I know we've kinda vague structure)
TC: 180k,
Status: Green Card (hopefully citizen by end of 2021).
Been managing a small team here. I want to start looking for a new job, open to different industries, and would appreciate help around these:

1. What kind of roles I should expect, in terms of designation and responsibilities?

2. What TC I should aim for and breakdown in terms of base, bonus and stocks?

I'm in LA and would like to keep this as my base though I'm open to occasional

How does FOX look on resume? Especially if you are applying to left-leaning tech companies?

    • At LA offices here, it's pretty cool. If you've mentioned experience with tech around areas we need, you'll get a shot for sure. I can't speak for NY side of things (where News is) but here your political inclinations or any other things other than your experience doesn't matter. I can say this based on my own experience from hiring people across teams as well as interactions with other managers with hiring responsibilities
