Hello there,
I am trying to understand how to study them as my recruiter didn't make it clear.
What exactly do you ask regarding to LPs?
Is it something like, can you list 5 LPs?
OR;
Tell me about a time when you had customer obsession?
OR;
Tell me about a time when you disagreed with someone? (and somehow this is relevant to LP? If so what is the connection?)
Or is it something else

Look at the top 5 or so leadership principles.
Have a few stories ready for each question that highlights a leadership principle
But more or less. This might be something like, your team/manager/etc were operating off of an assumption but you had a contradictory hypothesis and found data to confirm that. Or just a time in general where you were able to convince a group of something that had a positive outcome. This principle actually tends to show itself indirectly through other stories. Ie what you did in scenario A worked out.
Actually looking at the principles again this is how I’d focus it, since there tends to be some overlap in how stories can be used. Ie “customer obsession” stories can also be told as “insist on the highest standards” most of the time
Customer obsession: when did you go the extra mile to think, act, or advocate on behalf of the customer? Think about how to throw in elements of “insist on the highest standards” or “disagree and commit” or “are right a lot” if you had to sort of prove your case and that all ended up working out.
Ownership: when did you do something that wasn’t your “job” or responsibility or took up an initiative or proactively did something to solve/prevent a problem? These can also often be told as “bias for action” or sometimes “think big” stories. Ie you saw a problem and decided to act quickly to solve it, maybe rightfully deciding that it was right to circumvent protocol in that case.
Hire and develop the best: when did you help grow or deliver through others? Could be when you gave a team training or mentored someone or helped a struggling coworker.
Have Backbone, Disagree and Commit: when did you push back on something? You don’t necessarily need to have “won” the argument, but maybe you were told to do X, didn’t think that was the right call, got data to back that up, and convinced someone of Y. This could also probably be told as “are right a lot”
Dive deep: when did you have to go deep into the details to figure something out? Maybe to learn something new, or troubleshoot/investigate a tricky technical or product problem. The story you have for this could potentially be told as “learn and be curious as well”
The rest can probably come out indirectly through those stories. Ie “Deliver results” is all about… delivering results lol. Maybe that happened under pressure or with limited time/resources and you communicated with your product manager to par down requirements when it seemed like you wouldn’t meet a deadline but wanted to deliver what would be most important for customers.
So there’s a ton of overlap but I’d try and focus the stories on these main principles I’ve listed. If you’re asked a question about a principle other than these during the interview, take a minute to think about your entire list of stories and one or two of them should definitely work for that too
Don’t overthink it, these interviews are not tricks or designed to be difficult to figure out. They just want to know your answer to the questions they ask.
The thing that changes based on level is they are looking for broader scope / influence / depth.
