I'm a new product manager and am contemplating joining lululemon as a PM. My future goal is to eventually move into high-tech - not necessarily with a FAANG company, although given the opportunity I'd love to one day work at Apple or Google.
Does anyone have insight into the PM culture + compensation at luluelmon?
How do you think lululemon is seen/respected the tech world when it comes to hiring people from there? One advantage (I think?) is that everyone knows the brand well in the marketplace.
Would I be better off trying to join a tier 2/3 tech company to grow my PM skills?
I've tried to look on sites like Glassdoor, levels.fyi, but it's hard to find many reviews about working at lululemon in a PM/tech capacity in comparison to reviews from their store/retail staff.
Current TC: Measly $98k
YOE: 1 (as PM)
