6A 90-120, midpoint of 100
7B midpoint is somewhere around 115
That's wild. I thought 6 A is like 7 years exp max
We pay the best of all the OEMs+T1s. Only place to leave GM for is tech
7C is next tier, about +$5k midpoint and max from 6A.
Most promotions skip 7C to 7B, which is about another $5k boost, so midpoint around $110 and max a bit over $130k.
7yrs exp is likely to land you 6A/7C, if you are very lucky or very convincing, possibly low side of 7B.
So is 6A at 100k with 7 years exp at GM good or low?
