Heard mixed reviews of WLB.

    Dont even think about it. Senior people are not so great. So likely you will see to many iterations on the same project. Backend code is shit. It will be difficult for you to spend 12 hours looking at shit. Culture is pathetic than Amazon.

    Don’t join, working in backend is nightmare. Build system getting used is still evolving and a giant pain in the ass. Developer productivity is shit and unbearable at times.

    Can't you find anything better. Wlb is horrible at best. Managers are out of clue, senior Dev's are on peanuts so they don't care. Newbies think they are mighty lords and keep making this place in-hospitable.
    Most people know very little, work on small things and then they treat others like shit since they know the shit stuff written very well.

    Some people say WLB is decent. While some say it is horrible. Not sure if it is team specific.
