Hi! I found a specific role at Gartner that I am interested in. So I am wondering if any of Gartner employee out there is willing to refer me?

      My roommate was threatened by his manager at Atlassian that he'll downlevel him to IC and kept pressurising him all the time. He was going insane.

      Probably just an one off manager but it still tells more about their culture than anything else.

    • Never heard of anything like that here. But of course any company is gonna have at least a few bad managers who sneak through the cracks. It's inevitable. Never heard of anyone ever being down leveled though lol I legitimately don't think that's even a thing. Would be easier just to fire if anything
