Any remote from-any-time-zone companies?

Hi all,
Currently working in the West Coast. Thinking of heading back to home country that is far from here. Don't want to work nights for calls with US team. Still I want to work for prestigious high paying US companies.
Are there any recommendations for companies with remote from any time zone culture? Asynchronous work, etc. Thanks!

    I don’t know what kind of work you do, but most SWE roles require people to be present for some number of “core hours”. Otherwise, you could frequently be blocked by some trivial thing waiting for another person to wake up on the other side of the world.

    Find global companies with offices local to your area. Then you can have calls at reasonable hours, and a good brand on your resume.

    If you specify your home country, you might get some good leads from the Blind community? Sometimes, the vast majority of the employees at a satellite office are in a particular discipline (I.e. sales or customer service) so you’d not think to apply as a swe, but there could be a few smaller, lesser known eng teams hiding in there too.
