Hello all , I am a F1 student who finished my third try for H1B and unfortunately it didn’t work. At this point my company is planning to send me to my home country while they work on moving to US on L1 or another country like Canada on work visa.
Do you guys think it’s advisable to trust them and go to home country or choose the day1 CPT and keep continue working in Usa?

My question is that I ran out of my OPT employment period in total and I am looking for a best option to either to continue day1 CPT or trust my company to work offsite for certain time until they can get me back to usa

Getting back on F1 visa is the dumbest idea. Why would you even consider to get into a visa category that NEEDS you spend more $$ and time yet only allows you part time work. And you likely won’t get that CPT I20 right away either.

Go back to your home country and keep trying for H-1B or better yet ask if your employer can offer the role in Canada and use that offer to apply for Canadian PR.

I don’t see you have many other options than going back to your country.

Hell, they will make you return back to US... maybe offer you a position in Canada at best!

Why not just try for Canada now? I understand that getting a Canadian visa is trivial for skilled immigrants.
