Help find team with best WLB in Citadel

Recently passed NXT on-site from Citadel. I’m now in team matching phase. I’ve heard tons of bad thing about Citadel and I know none of the team have great WLB as in tech companies. I wouldn’t worry about WLB too much if I have green card. But I’m in h1b and concerning this will somehow destroy my career. Somehow when you have great WLB, you have more time to practice leetcode question and easily find next companies. Also, I’m fine for working long hour. But I’m afraid of getting too much pressure and stress. Since I’m probably gonna sit with portfolio manager, I will for sure get tons of pressure. This type of pressure is completely different from what you get from tech companies. Most likely I will be a quant developer.

So I would really like to know what team in Citadel gives greatest WLB? For now, I’ve been advised that GFI is a great team with great WLB and allow people to ramping up for some time. I’m young and I wanna take challenge, but I really need some time to get myself fit into this company. Any advice or insight would be really appreciated!🙏

TC: 190k with stock appreciation
New TC: all startup-like companies offers I had are over 350k(which shocked me as well)
