qualcomm phone interview set up for 2 times
recently i had phone interview invitation from qualcomm for opening “A” and friday for the same opening they have set up phone inteview but organizer is different..and they are not aware that i have done already screening

Some teams in Qualcomm do two rounds of phone screening before they call you for Onsite.. nothing odd or wrong with the process :)

A lot of times the same team has different people hiring in parallel. My collegue interviewed with us and a parallel team, under the same hierarchy and same hr on two consecutive days. It increased his chances, and does the same to you. A good thing - so prepare well!
