Hi HubSpoters,
I recently got an offer to join HubSpot, and I have (obviously) heard/read a lot of good things about the company, but I wonder if this is just a very good PR effort or if it translates in the day-to-day life?
Also I am curious what is the average age/experience on your team(s) - ofcrs would differ by team, but maybe you can tell me yours.
I heard it has a very young developer community (age/experience-wise)

Is this standard?
Iโd be joining in an entry level capacity. Should I expect to be on a 2-man team?
